The Colbeach Stud now based at Stanley Grange has
bred some of the top ponies and hacks in the country today. Colbeach
Starlight Express (Hack of the Year 2004) Colbeach Salaman
(Children's Riding Pony of the Year 2004) Sensation, Soloist,
Splendour and Simone to name but a few.
Founded in 1965 by Mrs Renita White and her
husband Norwood, the Colbeach Stud began with Welsh Sec B Ponies.
Riding Ponies were introduced in 1976 with the purchase of Pendley
Birthday Girl from Mrs Jennifer William's.
A succession of ponies too numerous to mention
have graced the show rings of the UK for the past few decades.
Renita has bred some of the most prolific Welsh Ponies, Riding
Ponies and Hacks of today.
